Very disappointing experience. The food itself was good, but the way they handle rice feels misleading. We ordered Indian dishes and naturally expected rice to be included, as is common in many Indian restaurants. The meals arrived without any rice, and nobody mentioned this when ordering. There was no clear information on the menu, no sign in the restaurant, and no warning from the staff. Only after asking where the rice was did we find out that it had to be ordered and paid for separately. This completely changes the final price of the meal. What initially seems reasonably priced becomes much more expensive once you add rice on top. By that point, you’ve already ordered and received your food, so you don’t really have a choice. Being charged extra is not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. Customers should be clearly informed before ordering so they can make an informed decision. The food was fine, but this pricing approach left a bad impression and felt like a way to increase the bill after the order had already been placed.
